Kindly review my policies as they pertain to your appointment
Cacellation Policy
Kindly give 24 hours notice of cancellation. After the first appointment not cancelled before the 24 hour period a paid deposit will be required before rescheduling with me.
Pre-appointment prep
Please arrive with clean dry hair to your appointment.
Wear clothing that is something you are not afraid to get color on. Do not wear a high collar shirt or hoodie sweater. It may prevent me from accessing your hairline for color or a haircut.
Guests at your appointment
While the salon is large we do not have the space available to accommodate guests. Do not bring any children that are not receiving a service. The salon has chemicals and other potentially dangerous tools. I am not able to successfully do your hair and tend to additional guests or children.
Appointment times and confirmation
Please arrive to your appointment on time. Arrival later than 15 minutes will result in a rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.
Kindly confirm your appointment through the Gloss Genius text 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not receive a confirmation I will reach out to you to confirm.
